A blend of two grapes Moschofilero (90%) and Malagousia (10%). The Moschofilero grapes are grown in vineyards from the mountainous Arcadia region. The Malagousia grapes are from Asprokambos mountainous Corinthia in the Stymphalia plateau. Vinification- Each grape variety is vinified separately. After pressing the must is separated from the skins and fermented at a cool temp to preserve the delicate aromatics. After ferment the wine remains in contact with the lees for a few weeks.
